Information:
I got added by this guy. Decided to add him and ask him what he wanted. While we discussed trading my unusual, I pulled up his SteamRep page. Scammer - Impersonator with Intent to Defaud. Instantly knew what was going on. He started talking about OPSkins, and that's what had me curious to 'test the water' a bit, and see just how he wanted to attempt and scam me. I pulled up my own OPSkins, (haven't used it in a bit), and that's when it immediately hit me - bot scams. Sure enough, I faked doing these instructions he wanted me to do, and after a suspiciously long amount of time, a trade offer was sent to me, by an "OPSkins Bot". Of course this wasn't a bot, and at that time, I had screencapped all images I needed, shot him the messages "Hm... This is interesting" and "Good try, buddy!" and instantly Steam Reported / SteamRep Reported him.

(Figured I'd do it here, too. Keep a scammer out.)
