You've stated that you have less than three days on our servers. We want members to have a certain amount of time on our servers to ensure that you're active and for you to get a better understanding of our servers, rules, polices, staff, and other members before you join the staff team. We recommend having at least 1 week of server activity before considering to be part of staff.

We encourage players to be using their mics, regardless of their age and how they sound. We do make exceptions for some people and allow them to moderate without using their mics, however, that's usually because they don't currently own a mic and "You are able to adequately administrate without a microphone." In your case, we do understand if you're feeling uncomfortable (A lot of people feel that way at the start,) but we would really like for you to start using yours as you do own one. We primarily use Mumble for voice communication and require for all staff to use it. Please join our Mumble server: https://forum.harpoongaming.com/mumble

At this time, we feel that you are currently unfit to be part of staff. We believe that you need to spend more time on the servers, Mumble, forums, and Harpoon overall. Feel free to reapply in the future when you have improved.
