Do you have a mic and do you use it?
I do have a mic but I rarely use it (And prefer not to. I can explain in private, but i will use mic in mumble and in the server if i need to.)

Do you have any previous experience, if so, when and where?
Previous experience as Co-owner of a server that used to run called INKTMedias. Server has been shut down for a long while (due to loss of traffic) which is why I started coming on harpoon.
Started as a regular on INKTMedias but gained admin status and quickly worked my way up the chain as I had alot of good ideas, intuition etc.

Still in contact with the owner and if a reference is needed I can give contact details.

What ideas or skill can you provide for the benefit of HG?
Generally on INKTMedias I was considered a strict admin, and even though I'm not even staff on harpoon servers I'm considered to be a walking rulebook by a few regulars and donators, as I constantly try to keep players in check by reminding them off rules while no staff are on servers.
I feel all of that directly translates to someone who will hit the ground running when it comes to keeping operations smooth.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
I feel like i'd be a good staff member because although admittedly I can sometimes get heated (which I am constantly working on, and feel like will be a none issue by the time I get selected to be a staff member if it does happen), I can keep things in check and make sure things are running smoothly. I'm also known to some people as a walking rulebook, which works to my advantage as I can easily spot when things are getting out of control and stop (some) events from blowing up.
I always keep an eye on chat and have been quick to inform staff members of any situations as they have been rising, and i feel like my usefulness to the smooth operation of harpoon servers would only increase if there was one less step to stoping any situations.

How much time do you think you can spend on forums/servers per day?
At minimum I can spend 2 hours on 2 out of 5 weekdays on all trade servers, but I average i'd say about 4 to 5 hours on 3 out of 5 weekdays and between an hour and 2 hours on the other two weekdays, while being free to join the servers on most weekends for anywhere between 2 and 8 hours on saturdays and 2-5 hours on sundays. Weekends can however sometimes be hit or miss as sometimes there are sudden events I have to attend where I may be offline for a full saturday and majority of sunday.

What do you think the current All-Trade staff are doing right?
I feel like all of the staff are very good at controlling and stepping down heated situations when called or when already active in any given server.

What do you think the All-Trade Staff, or Harpoon in general, could work on at this point in time?
I feel like sometimes the responsiveness of admins can be a bit slow, but I do think i'm filling the gaps inbetween when admins are active on servers and it's a possibility i'm only noticing that because of this.

Why do you want to become a member of the HG All-Trade team?
I want to become a member of the team as I want to keep the operation of the server running as smooth as possible. I feel like my eperience as being a co-owner and admin of a server has stuck with me, which is why i've gained the reputation of a walking rulebook. I do what I can and I just want to make myself more useful to the community.

Any miscellaneous information we should know?
Nahgefae has said that if I did apply for staff that he'd vouch for me, and if you ask around the different admins I feel that even though they know i get heated, they can see that I try my best to help wherever I can.

I have read the prerequisites for applying for a staff position, I understand them and believe I have met them.
