Hello. I already reported this guy on steamrep on 6 March 2015, but he didn't get a ban yet and he keeps trading with people, so I decided to report him here too. I used dispenser.tf and bought 2 Grand Theft Auto V steam gifts from this guy's shop. This WAS the link to his shop https://dispenser.tf/shop/29669/ (doesn't exist anymore obviously). His bot that I traded with is http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198085519503 (he changed the name from ♪ 27cm™ ♪ | Super Bot to MainconceptBot). I gave the one GTA V gift to http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198021642458/ and kept the other one in my inventory. On 6 March 2015, both games got revoked. Other people had the same problem with me too. My report in steamrep about that guy was this one http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/report-76561198057715237-steam-steam-games.94210/ , where you can check the comments too. Tell me if you need more proof than the below pictures. Thanks in advance.

Some things that I said to steam support (when you see the word "HAD", it's because I changed it from "HAS" to "HAD", because things changed by then):
The bot (http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198085519503) of ♪ 27cm™ ♪ | ★Mr. Olaf★ (http://steamcommunity.com/id/27cm/) HAD friends and profile links on the comment section. I'm pretty sure that his bot's friends and their friends too are the same person. Also, one of the gifts that I gave to http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198021642458/ (I kept the other one in my inventory), when it got revoked, it said that it was received from "SHIT" (sorry for the bad word, but that's his name). SHIT's (sorry again) profile link is http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198060952282 . My friend (http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198021642458/) is completely aware of this situation.

You can see that the bot has a different name now and has only 1 friend, so it's the bot of MainConcept http://steamcommunity.com/id/mainconcept . Probably it's an alternate profile of ♪ 27cm™ ♪ | ★Mr. Olaf★ and he'll scam other people in the future.
The bot that I traded with (http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198085519503) HAD a friend named TF2 keys storage (http://steamcommunity.com/id/s2lovec). He HAD a lot of keys, but told us in the dispenser forum (https://dispenser.tf/forum/view/16650/) that another guy scammed him.

A part of what steam support told me:
We will investigate this user and take appropriate action upon the hijacker, but we are unable to make changes to your backpack.
Please note that you will not receive a notification about any action taken as a result of this report.

I think I'm wrong, because probably, the admin of dispenser assigned the bot to another user.
