The user had made a post to solicit fake reputation on their steam profile, without prior traders.
I don't know if you want to bother with something like profile reputation with a scammer mark, however asking for fake rep is shady and believe users should be aware he has asked for fake reputation, and believe a caution tag is something that would be beneficial for the safety of other traders.
He could have done entries any other way, that didn't involve joining and then giving fake rep.

Evidence:
They had made a thread on Trade.tf forums, it has been deleted and the user has been ban there because of the thread.
