Victim: http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198005032297 Accused: http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198080802675 Accomplice(s) http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198107656791 Info: This is my third attempt at reporting this guy. Fortress of Gamers decline to look at it because his caution came from Outpost. (http://forums.f-o-g.eu/threads/6353-report-76561198080802675-trading-obvious-scam-broker.html) Outpost declined to look at it because they no longer deal with Steamrep reports. Steamrep is so slow that I have no faith that any report filed there will ever be looked at. He is working in concert with Steam ID: 76561198107656791 (KaiZaRonG) to broker scammed/hijacked items. His accomplice's report was accepted on FoG after Monkey filed a report. The accused has gone unnoticed. Item in question, a scammed/hijacked burning Hiveminder: http://backpack.tf/item/3444124641 Evidence: First he constantly trades hats with his accomplice . These are only examples, his history is filled with hats are moved back and forth between the two accounts. The working relationship between the two is easily shown by the level of trust they have with each others unusuals. http://backpack.tf/item/944511374 http://backpack.tf/item/1084977983 http://backpack.tf/item/2580853172 http://backpack.tf/item/937017819 http://backpack.tf/item/2269856181 http://backpack.tf/item/1991685386 Second and more importantly. Lugar bought the Hiveminder from KaiZaRonG (76561198107656791) with keys that went directly from Lugar to the accused. http://backpack.tf/item/3444124641 (Hiveminder in question) Lugar with the keys in question before the sale (backpack history) http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198086197768?time=1430550000 Example of some of the keys going directly to the backpack of the accused: http://backpack.tf/item/2767742749 http://backpack.tf/item/3089635277 http://backpack.tf/item/2740129105 http://backpack.tf/item/2489313288 There appears to be at least 200 keys that were involved in the sale. I do not have time to list them all, but the evidence is there in Lugar's backpack history. It would appear that the accused moved the keys as fast as possible out his backpack, and backpack.tf history doesn't have the full list in his item history. Misc.
