I am a very gracious and friendly person. I treat each individual on the server with tolerance and respect. I want to make sure that everyone on the server has a great and fun time. Sometimes, there are people who break the rules by mic spamming or spamming 'give me free stuff please' in chat. These people ruin the experience of many individuals that want to trade or enjoy their time on the server. When I play at 9 pm here in Korea, it is 12 pm in the UK(GMT), 4 am in California(PST) or 7 am in New York(EST), 1 pm in central European countries like Sweden, Norway, Germany, France, etc(GMT+1). This means that most administrators are at a workplace or school or still sleeping. This means that there are a limited number of administrators to take care of the situation. For example, I reported a guy spamming, "please give me free stuff" at 10 pm (GMT+9) and there were no administrators to take care of the situation. I and people on the server had used the command "!calladmin" and there were no results. Currently, my server report is still on the forums.

As of being a good moderator, I will do a good job. Usually, I am very kind and tolerant to people. Although I will not show tolerance when people on the server break the rules, I am very strict to them while staying calm and friendly. From my experience, when I see administrators or moderators saying 'don't do this', I see them saying it in a strict matter which I disagree with. I believe that at first, you should approach them with a friendly and kind matter like "hey, can you please not do this? That would be appreciative" If they constantly do the thing that I told them not to do, I will show mild aggression since I have asked with a gracious matter not doing it. If they continue to do so, a kick will commence. After joining the server and repeating the action, a ban will happen. I know the rules from my heart and I will enforce these rules on the server. I also keep an eye on chat and I will alert any administrator if any major activity happens on the server. I will also make sure that everything is smooth on the server and resolve any conflict happening on the server.

One of the things I think the server administrators are doing right is that they are enforcing the rules carefully. The major problems happen during the times when there are no administrators or moderators are online because most administrators are from the Americas or Europe. These are the times where many conflicts and problems happen, and it is painful for me to see these problems or people that break the server rules and know that I can't do anything to solve any of them. Sometimes, administrators or moderators come to the server but those are rare occasions. I believe that if a moderator is on the server at times where other administrators are busy, it will clean the atmosphere of the server and remove any rule-breakers or conflict between others. It will also help with Spycrab problems if they happen.

I want to join the Harpoon all trade team because I want a clean, safe and fun environment on the server during times when administrators are not on the server due to work, school or the fact that it is still early in the morning. I will do whatever it takes to remove all the rule-breakers and resolve conflict to make it a fun and relaxing experience for all players. Also, the community on Harpoon Gaming is generous and kind to others. Therefore, these are the reasons of why I should be a moderator on Harpoon Gaming's All-Trade servers.
