I don't have any experience at moderating at all.

Kindness, The will to help out, Being there everyday(unless a problem rises), and Ideas.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
I feel like i would be a good staff member because i feel like i can be used in any give situation and help out if a problem is there. I'm also very kind but can be rough if need be. I always want to help out and work hard on something i'm passionate about.

How much time do you think you can spend on forums/servers per day?
On week days on about 1 to 5 hrs but on weekends my time is almost limitless.

What do you think the current All-Trade staff are doing right?
Obviously they're always there when they are needed and help dissipate problems as they rise. They always know what to do in any givin situation and they work hard at what they do. They answer all questions and if they cant do it them selves they would most likely ask a different member of staff to help out.

What do you think the All-Trade Staff, or Harpoon in general, could work on at this point in time?
Sometime if feel like the staff can get aliitle to pushy and touchy. I've been yelled at by staff in the past for no reason. They also may need some help on how the handle some situations because what they do can be uncalled for.

Why do you want to become a member of the HG All-Trade team?
I want to join because I really would like to help this community out in someway like i enjoy the trading community and the Harpoon Gaming community but i would like to help out more.
