    Actually being on the servers when needed.

    Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
    I was staff before.

    What do you think the current All-Trade staff are doing right?
    Enforceing the rules.

    What do you think the All-Trade Staff, or Harpoon in general, could work on at this point in time?
    Getting more people on the servers(all of the servers)

    Hello @mr haberdasher,

    Thank you for applying for an All-Trade staff position. If you're serious about being part of the Harpoon staff, I need you to be serious with your answers please (Before you made the changes). You were previously banned multiple times from across our servers (Mumble, TF2) and have been part of different situations that did not end well as you may know.

    After all of these events, do you think you have improved by a whole lot and can handle being staff at Harpoon? To treat everyone equally, to listen to other staff when being spoken to, and to not repeat such actions that you have done to cause trouble?

    How do we know that you have changed and improved for the better and that you can handle this position?

    I feel as though i have improved since those situations, and i am confident to handle the position of staff, treating everyone equally, enforcing rules, and listening to superiors.
