I do not have any previous experience.

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?
I can offer advice to new players as well as assist regulars with anything they might need, be it help with finding trades, questions about the server, etc. I'm also open to talking about new ideas for the server/community, such as events to be held every so often.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
I'm an avid public speaker, and a wonderful mediator. I've been trading for over 200 hours in-game, and have learned many things that I could pass on to the Harpoon community. My main goal is to help everyone succeed in the trading world of TF2, assist in growing this wonderful group of people, and making everyone happy in the process.

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?
2-6 hours (Depending on day)

What do you think the current staff is doing right?
For the current staff that I have met, everyone is extremely friendly and open, and willing to help anyone should they ask. They are all available to talk with, and if there is a problem, they do everything they can to solve it quickly, efficiently, and make sure everyone is doing great afterwards. Every event they hold is fun, and it's a pleasure to be on a server with them.

As for the movement to run an unusual trade server: it's a great idea, as I see more people getting into that branch of trading. It would be nice to see Harpoon become the #1 server once it gets established.

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?
I do believe that there should be a few more events each month, perhaps once a week, as the number of people frequenting the servers grows.

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?
I have been hopping on Harpoon's servers a lot more lately, and they are by far the best I've seen. I am wanting to make sure they are the best in everyone else's eyes as well, both by being on the servers to mediate and moderate, and help however I can. As stated before, I want to make everyone in this community happy, and as a member of staff I would do everything in my power to make that a reality.
