I do not have previous experience but would love to gain experience by working for Harpoon Gaming.

What ideas or skill can you provide for the benefit of HG?
I could help HG in any form possible. I could help review all Ban Appeals, I could moderate a server and ban anyone that is causing trouble, and most importantly I am very understanding. I know if someone is right or wrong. I have been banned twice from Harpoon servers but they were both mistakes that I made. I understand how it feels to be banned. I have learned from my mistakes and now know that I must not commit any more of them. I will be there working for Harpoon whenever I am needed. I will be a good addition to the team.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
i would be a good staff member because I am a good team player. Also I am always there when needed. I can get to the server quickly since I am always playing TF2. I can keep the servers clean and safe. I am also a nice person so I can help many people who are in trouble with ease and no anger.

How much time do you think you can spend on forums/servers per day?
2-3 hours

What do you think the current All-Trade staff are doing right?
I think that all the current staff are doing the right thing of making our servers safe and clean. Most of the admins I have come across make sure they get the job done and I like that in a person.

What do you think the All-Trade Staff, or Harpoon in general, could work on at this point in time?
They should work on getting more understanding admins because the admins I have come across never asks the person what is going on they just ban them. They should ask the person what there side of the story is and than ban them.

Why do you want to become a member of the HG All-Trade team?
I have come across very mean people in HG servers and I have always wanted to have the power to kick them but I never could. If I were to be an admin I would keep our servers clean of these sort of people.
