Do you have any previous Admin experience, if so, where and when?
I do not have any admin experience on any trading servers, but I did moderate/admin several Minecraft servers, usually preventing spamming, racism, etc.

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?
Being that Payload is getting a bit less popular some days than before, probably due to the school year, I can definitely encourage people to hop onto Payload and get it pretty active. I've dealt with spammers, racists, harassment, possible scammers and sensitive topics before on Minecraft, but I've also chipped in to help on HG servers in those same areas. I also bring a lot of good and positive vibes to the people around me. I'm definitely not one of those people that spread some negativity, and I love humor. It's what keeps me balanced, and everyone needs some lightheartedness in their lives.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
I'm always on top of things, looking out for any sort of trouble that may occur and put a stop to it immediately. I don't dislike answering questions; in fact, answering questions makes me feel great, so I answer questions as much as I can. I also know how to respond to questions, because some people get really harsh when answering questions, it makes the questioner feel bad that he/she asked. The mic is a necessity to me, and I am very active on it, unless anything happens to my voice.

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?
3-6 hours

What do you think the current staff is doing right?
As far as I've seen recently, especially with a lot of new staff members, everyone is doing a great job. I love how the staff knows what they're doing when handling the players on the server, but don't get too pushy and have some fun while they're supervising the server. It makes me glad.

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?
There isn't much that the staff have to improve upon. As long as they keep the servers great like they are right now, Harpoon will fare greatly.

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?
I'd love to interact more with the staff members and HG itself. It feels great to take responsibility, just gives me that extra push to do what is right and to prevent what's wrong. I also recently watched Neighbors 2, and Zac Efron's character's only desire is to be valued, even if he's only valued by some freshmen sorority girls or his worst enemies. Although everyone is valued one way or another, I'd love to have that kind of feeling in this awesome community.

One side of my family lives in Hong Kong, so for about 2-3 weeks I go on a vacation with them in order to keep family together. Also, on some weekends I do stay with my dad, so even though I may not be on TF2, I'll keep in touch with the forums. Thanks!
