Application Declined GONKY BONKY HEAD's All-Trade Moderator Application

Guys keep application discussion about the application itself and not a place to try and start drama. Be constructive but don't berate those who criticize you. Use criticism to look at yourself and see how you can improve rather than outright dismiss it because of who it comes from.

 

i agree with @Sugoni

this "who is the better person" arguement is pure kindergarten behaviour.

Everyone has the right to vote on an application as much as the next guy but should not result in a dogfight between multiple people.

Critisim is a big part of improving and becomming better not only as an individual but also as a personality.

The Way you represent yourself to others is the way others will think about you. This is not restricted to one person, it can happen too Person A over to Person B and vice versa.

Also Realize that during your life especially on the internet everything you say can stay indefinitly and come back to haunt you. of course an admin of a website can delete the message from public view and things someone said to others can vanish to a point where its not worth mentioning anymore but that does not mean it is completly gone.

one last thing if you have personal issues with an individuals or multiple individuals you are better off talking in a privat chat or similar and sort things out or simply just avoid each other and with that not affecting others in return.

there are much simpler ways to solve things but this is not one of them.

I must say I really like him myself as a friend, he is very calm and has a great personality. Drama is a thing which has been happening around him though even with some previous comments on this application. However, I suggest that Bonky waits a bit until making an application for all this drama to go down and for this all to be in the past including his previous ban.

 

+1, through my recent experiences with GONKY I can say he's quite friendly and caring. I think he'd be an alright staff member.

 

+1 Despite being a bit rude to other players at times, I think he'd fill in the role quite well

 

Are you implying that being rude to regulars is a good qualification for being a staff member?
