Closed Buying Steam items, craft hats, and discounts

I'm currently buying any and ALL steam trading cards, backgrounds, and emoticons from ANY game for 1.5 scrap each.
I'm also buying ANY craft hat for 1 ref each. (I consider hats that are 1.22 ref to 2 ref in price a craft hat. Please keep this in mind when trading with me)
I'm also buying any discounted items like taunts, stranges, cosmetics, etc. I don't accept skins and don't pay for Basic KS, paint, and parts dueto how hard they are to resell counting each of these within the price of the item.
