Do you have any previous experience, if so, when and where?
I Dont Have any experience at the moment but I feel if I do Get accepted, I will Learn the ropes fast and be able to make the server even better than it already is!

What ideas or skill can you provide for the benefit of HG?
One idea I have is making "Trader" Ranks like "entrepreneur" then "Sales Man" Next "Buissness Man" After That "CEO" Then "Godly" You rank up by getting good reviews from other members and get rewarded with a small bit of metal (3 scrap) Each rankup. Thats ONE of 3 Ideas I have Currently for if i become a moderator.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
Well you can Ask "Logan ⇋HG-S⇌" That I am frequently Active in voice chat Helping People or telling people not to talk over each other in chat. I think this will be easier if I'm A staff member as some people don't listen to other when they say one at a time and have to be muted by staff to listen. But I can veto spammers ASAP if I become Mod.

How much time do you think you can spend on forums/servers per day?
Well It is currently Summer for a few more days so for now like 8 Hours a day But when school starts Only like 4-5 hours a day.

What do you think the current All-Trade staff are doing right?
Well Earning peoples respect is one. Ive only been in a lobby with a few mode/admins and i have to say they all EARNED my respect it wasn't forced. Also with the recent DOS (Denial Of Service attack) The mods and admins knew what to do. They didn't make the attacker WANT to DOS even more and he get bored soon after.

What do you think the All-Trade Staff, or Harpoon in general, could work on at this point in time?
Defiantly more slots for players because sometimes I have to wait ages to join the server.

Why do you want to become a member of the HG All-Trade team?
Its an amazing community to be honest with you. I love the people who are playing here. (P.S i Got my first 20 Ref here! (Pretty New to the trading scene)).

Any miscellaneous information we should know?
I have skype if required and I am quite mature.
