Victim is a Highlander (?) or UGC (?) Player,Specifically sniper - will upload all video proof

Video proof shows a headshot that wasn't even aiming at me and simultaneously Typing

As we were Sniper fighting,my Friend (I'll disclose profile bellow) was watching him,he aimed at me before i came out and instantly aimed at my head while doing so.
Was Activating and Deactivating Aimbot through the match (Not in the video)
Headshotted me while i was Invisible (Not in the video,sadly...)
Bumped into me while i was invisible (Again,Not in the video,but I believe that shot is enough)

A friend named "poodapee" also supported my statement on this (The medic that told me that was aiming on me)

Accused member left the server and never came back.
Accused member changed his name and removed the Tag.

Watch closely at 0:8 with 0.5 Speed,Was not even Aiming at me.
