I traded my scorching letch led and my summer hat for a non stat trak well worn fire serpent (CS-GO item) thinking that it was stat trak. After the trade, Lothem ( the sharker) asked me why i had traded so much for his gun, which is when i realized the mistake i had made. I had basically traded an around 300 dollar unusual for a 50 dollar gun. Although this was my mistake, and i had somehow thought it was stat trak, which would've made it considerably more valuable, Lothem was fully aware throughout the entire ordeal that he was trading for much more valuable items as he is the one who brought this to my attention. Immediately i begged for my items back which lead into a three hour discussion with him where i tried to convince him to trade back my items as well as his. What's worse, throughout the entire three hours he pretended to consider giving me my items back, and I even sent him a trade offer which he eventually declined, accompanied by a block and a delete. He has already traded away my summer hat and has yet to trade my unusual away. The reason i am making this report is that he was aware of the huge price difference between my items and his even before the trade and yet chose to bring it up only after the trade was done ofcourse. I have no chat history as he blocked and deleted me, so all i am left with is the trade for my unusual, where my name can be seen in the unusual's history, and my trade history. Hopefully this will be helpful.

Lothem, the person i traded with, recently unblocked me and added me again after being contacted by a moderator from tf2 outpost. I contacted this moderator, his name when i added him was "Tough Sox", in an effort to see if they would perhaps take off the trade lot hem posted for my unusual. He wasn't able to do this, which i understood, but he did direct me to this site and agreed to add lothem to investigate. I suppose this scared lothem as he unblocked me to try and convince me that i had done wrong in this situation. Lothem brought up the fact that some of my friends had posted that he was a scammer on his outpost trade and he thought that i told them to do this. He tried to flip this entire situation by saying that i was somehow wrongfully discrediting him. I did not tell my friends to post on his trade and i apologized for that happening, but he then deleted me again after another 1 hour of discussion in which he said that he was highly considering trading back, but that he wasn't going to because my friends posted on his trade. It was a giant waste of time and i ended up telling him my opinion of what i really thought was going on. It really just seems like lothem made up his mind the moment i traded him my stuff,so this is why i am forced to come seeking justice here. i have more chat logs from our most recent interaction if need be.

 

I realize i haven't added any additional information in a while and that by now it is unlikely that i will get my items back, but he is also currently trade banned, which is probably well deserved as he seemingly scams alot of people.
