Report is written in 3rd person due to it being copy pasted from an SR report not written by me.

Sniper Leon added Toast and offered her an entry in a raffle. He proceeded to say that her unusual would be worth about 24 slots in a 40 slots raffle. She accepted under the terms that she would receive a portion of her entry back if she lost. She later told me that her unusual was no longer in his backpack. When I asked where it had gone he said that she wanted it back, so he traded it to her. I checked the trade history of the item to see if this was true. http://backpack.tf/item/2786502409. As you can see, it was never given back to anyone under the name of Toast. Even the person who bought it from her has never gone by a name similar to hers. When I asked about this he proceeded to say the account he sold it to was deleted and that's why it wasn't showing up. I am aware that this would not be enough information to get somebody marked due to it being a raffle, albeit a shady one, but I thought this might also fall under rigging a raffle due to the extremely cheap entry that he has posted. The agreement was done in a server and trade chat, unfortunately unable to retrieve them. The proof of my entries is provided in images titled 'proof' 1 & 2. I was originally entitled 30 slots but received less.

 

He offered 1 key for 1 slot, a bud for around 17. I offered my 1.7 bud unusual for 30 slots, and he agreed. I have no further proof.
