I become suspicious as he was promoting a “Special deal” where entries in keys would be counted as 2 times their regular entries. This equated to counting keys as 20 ref, while at the moment of the raffle, keys were equal to ~10 ref. As you assume, this guy was being nice or just wanted to finish the raffle soon without breaking even so that he could move on to another raffle. With further investigation, talks with various persons and winners revealed that this may be untrue and rather he had probably already broken even. To start off with, Titanium raffled a bud which ended on the 19th of october. The winner, HotChocolateMilk™ , seen by the name history, has barely any tf2 items and more importantly, does not have any value and seems like HotChocolateMilk has not touched the bud for very long as seen by the bud's item history. Yes the bud is duped but 15 keys (links are stored in a google doc) received by Titanium show that they came from Herb. In addition, evidence from herb, the person who bought the bud, suggests that Titanium did infact trade with him for a bud with 15 keys. This shows that Titanium did not deliver his winner the item and traded it for profit somewhere else. Now we come to our second point, Titanium’s raffle for 25 keys, which ended on the 2nd of November. The winner, Tweedledum, is the winner of the raffle, shown by name history and dating of announcement. This is also shown by the item history for all 25 keys (stored in a google doc) and as seen, all 25 keys were transfered to the winners account. However, with a further look, the keys have been all transferred back to Titanium’s account. Upon talking with Titanium and Tweedledum, Tweedledum and Titanium (both chat logs/transcripts) contradict steam records as Titanium says “...I think I sold him some steam games...Xcom...Super meat boy...And don't starve I think…” with Tweedledum confirming soon after saying “ yeah” after being confronted about it. Looking through Tweedledum’s stats, it shows that Tweedledum owned Xcom in 2012 rather than 2014 which would coincide with Titanium’s statement about buying Tweedledum Xcom. Evidence: Our third point is his Australium force-of-nature raffle, with the winner, Happy. According to bp.tf history, the australium was transferred by Titanium to R+ubi (yes the history is bugged and says strange force-a-nature instead of an australium one). This is confirmed through R+ubi as he provides a screenshot of trade history which includes the trade with 8 keys and the aussy force-a-nature mentioned in the previous first point. This means the raffler didn’t deliver his prize to the winner and sold it for profit himself. Our 4th point is the Aussy knife, Titanium’s most recent big raffle. The winner, appears to be the same person, Hyperbiceps, who also won the bud from Titanium. With a chat with both parties, Hyperbiceps and Titanium contradict themselves, one saying they sold it on the steam market and one saying they sold for some csgo skins. bp.tf history shows that Titanium repossessed the knife and sold it for around 20-23 keys. Misc. Info: New evidence shows that Tweedledum is Titanium’s friend who won both The 25 key raffle and now owns one of Titanium’s unusuals. Chat transcript here. Is there any private information you wish to provide?
I made an account here just to confirm that I bought an earbud from Titanium. Hope this is all you need. Cheers, http://i.imgur.com/5zbsRgT.png
A lot of this is suspicious, however, I'm not sure if it falls under enough for a ban. Would you be able to prove that he purposefully rigged these and he truly didn't buy or sell the items off the winners?
Sorry for the late reply, I will try and work on this in a ~a week or so. I got exams coming up and don't really have the time right now
