Alek's has changed names a few times, and will also be referred to as Alb or AlbatrossStomp.
Here is a spreadsheet of some of the raffles.
Alb has won an Aus knife and a Max head, from Waifu and Sub Atomic Panda respectively.

-on line 89-90, Waifu states that Panda is going to use AlbatrossStomp to raffle, AKA an alt. The thing is that AlbatrossStomp won an Australium knife and a Max head.

-Waifu and Panda have both rigged a raffle each.

-In addition, AlbatrossStomp has neither any hours on tf2 and has no items, not even free items. No steam premium, but a premuim (mentioned line 87 & confirmed 90)

Misc. Info:
AlbatrossStomp is a Alt for panda and Waifu, and has some relation to Waifu's report and panda's report.
