Do you have any previous Admin experience, if so, where and when?
I have previous experience on garry's mod as pretty much every rank. I have my own server, I have been Moderator, Admin, Co-Owner, Head of staff, But i havn't been active as staff in a little while. I've been trying to find a server i really enjoy. I finally started playing on here again, donated, now i'm really trying to become moderator.

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?
I can bring activity, I'm really active on steam and could be on the server whenever i'm needed, I also make sure everyone is following all the rules no matter what. I havn't been staff on a tf2 server yet. But i'm willing to learn and its just up to you, and see if I get this chance to help out. I also have a lot of ideas for the server, what to add, event ideas. So i would make sure i'm carrying my weight for Harpoon.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
I think i would be a great staff member because i get along with everyone and even without Staff powers i make sure spycrabbing is done correctly when its not, and try as hard as i can to make sure 1 person talks on the the mic. I also tell people to stop disrespecting others when none of the staff is on to do so.

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?
I can spend around 5 hours ATLEAST a day on the server, normally i spend half that time looking through the forums.

What do you think the current staff is doing right?
I think they are doing right when they mute everyone for talking over one another, Banning scammers, and kicking people for disrespect and trolling.

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?
I think the staff could improve on some things, I think some of the staff should be a little more active. When the only admins get off for the moment, all hell breaks lose with microphones and scamming. So then i have to contact an admin and get it handled. Harpoon gaming as a whole could improve by increasing their player slots.

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?
I want to be a staff member because i get kinda annoyed when something is happening, and no admins are on. I really like to see a problem and think to myself. I can handle this. but without moderator i am unable to do much. I get mad that i have to contact someone else to do something i could have handled myself.
