recently ive been getting angry or annoyed or whatever you wanna say more easily, and usally i just listen to chillwave and lay down but for some reason that doesnt really work anymore. so hence the title, what do you do when youre annoyed and wanna calm down?
I stew. Like boiling in a pool of salt. Then I tend to be in an even better mood than before when my salt levels go down
Try and get access to a gym that is close to you. Usually lifting weights or running will ease your nerves and make you feel good afterward.
