Do you have any previous Admin experience, if so, where and when?:
I've received TTT Staff training in the past.

Not officially staff within video games, but I do have admin experience within a video game review page. I've been working on this page for some time now, and even though it does not have a lot of followers, I've worked closely with a team to reach specific goals (even if they are relatively small ones)

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?:
I keep a sharp eye out for detail. It helps to keep things in order. For the server, I can apply this to help upkeep our rules. I'm also online fairly late at night. I've noticed a lacking presence of admins online at the later hours. Some people get frustrated when we get rule breakers on the server and have nobody to take their reports to. These rule breakers then go on to continue to ruin our loyal members games. By having a late night server admin online, we can continue to maintain order throughout the day.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?:
I'm a Hospitality graduate. My degree is how to deal with people and how to make people feel right at home wherever they may be. I get along well with most of the current players and try to be welcoming to the incoming visitors. As a staff member, keeping up our presence online helps order to be maintained. If I were to become a staff member, I will balance both a professional appearance as well as an inviting demeanor.

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?:
~2-3 hours when I'm not at work. My work schedule has finally balanced out with me not working night shifts as much.

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?:
More online presence throughout the night. We have a lot of people coming to visit the server. Sure, there are a lot of staff on after school lets out and through the peak hours, but the non-peak hours are lacking.

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?:
It's a tight-knit community. I respect the current staff and would like to join the ranks.
