Re-appealing a ban from over a month ago for "admin disrespect"

Perm ban was unnecessary. Eoj overreacted with the perm ban and later admitted in the mumble chat that the perm ban was unnecessary, but was never removed.

The reason for the perm ban from what I've been told was because he says that i "lied", but in reality it's really because he refused to listen and see the problem from my point of view on the situation. He ignored what I was saying and just kept repeating only what he saw and not what I saw. Then after a brief moment of me trying to explain what I saw and then giving up and telling him "fine I'll take the slay" he banned me for.....disrespect? There was no way shape or form of disrespect throughout the whole thing, Eoj just had no better option to ban me for what happened so he labeled as "Admin disrespect". I've had people tell me that there was no reason for a perm ban but since he's the "owner" nobody was going to say anything to him, cause they didn't want to get in trouble with him. Says a lot about Eoj doesn't it.

Miscellaneous info: If I get unbanned then cool I'm glad we were able to handle this. If I get declined again then at least I was able to write the truth about everything that happened and not have someone else write an appeal for me a month ago since I couldn't figure out how to appeal a bogus perm ban when nothing remotely bad happened.
