Do you have any previous Admin experience, if so, where and when?
I had experience being the main admin in my own Garry's Mod dedicated server. The name used to be "Bloody Gary Mod Server" (Because it had gory mods and add-ons in it and it was sandbox and then escalated to a Stranded gamemode). The reason i no longer am a admin in that server is because i had to remove my Steam and re-install it again from some issue i had removing the dedicated server.

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?
When admins of the original server are not available or afk some people or some annoying user always ends up spamming their mic or breaking the rules. If more admins are available then this issue would be resolved and i can always try to back up an admin when there is an issue that needs to be dealt with.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
I have much experience on the servers which i have 25 days. But also i am friendly and would go on being that way while everyone else follows along with the rules of Harpoon Gaming. I also can increase my communicate with the other staff members throughout Mumble since one of the staff members advised me to do so if i later become an admin/mod.

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?
4-5 hours

What do you think the current staff is doing right?
They are all friendly and going along with the rules itself. No one has issues with the admins, but i thought i think they could use more admins/mods to keep it even more in order.

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?
Not to criticize anyone, but the admins usually are in trade much often or doing something else which makes them less active in the server they are in. The more the admins the better the rules will follow and then the servers probably might not have only servers, but also admins/mods

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?
I have found this server to help me in trade a lot ever since i had started with a craft hat... but there has to be people there to stop scammers, chaos, or other people just simply breaking the rules. Also, my friends who have also recently became part of the staff have recommended me to become part of it

Any miscellaneous information we should know?
The reason my age is different from my other application is because of my birthday in June. I was in the harpoon server ever since March and i recognize the admins that often stay in the All-Trade 1 and All-Trade 2/Idle server.
I am usually balancing my time with working in a political office in the days besides Mondays. On Sundays I usually go to someplace so Sunday on Harpoon is rarely a leisure activity for me.
