Do you have any previous Admin experience, if so, where and when?
I was a co-owner on a Minecraft server at my school, and a moderator and admin on other MC servers.

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?
I am an honest, respectful, and sometimes strict person who will create a fun environment for the people on the server while making sure everyone is following the rules set by the owner and head admins.
In terms of things i can contribute, i can be on the server at odd times (late at night, mornings) to make sure people are following the rules.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
I am a hardworking and committed individual, and I will seek to improve the experience on the Harpoon Gaming servers to the best of my ability.

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?
I spend around three hours on the server, and I am occasionally on the forums.

What do you think the current staff is doing right?
I think the current staff is doing a fantastic job of maintaining a strong and cheerful community within their servers.

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?
In terms of improvement, my only concern is that the server could use a more effective method of handling the excessive amount of mic usage at times, and people talking over each other.

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?
I play on the Harpoon Gaming trade servers very often, and being a mod would be a great opportunity to get to know the staff and players better, and just to have a great time.
