Do you have any previous Admin experience, if so, where and when?
I was an a moderator on a Harpoon gaming server but my school work became very tough and my sports were in high gear but everything is now calm as I have it all under control and also the server where I was a mod was shut down

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?
I'm calm
I know how to run events
I have previous knowledge of solving issues
I am completely capable of making sure everybody is having fun

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
It is my belief that I will be a good staff member because I am able to stay calm under very frustrating situations and I have experience being a donator, and also I have over 18 days in the harpoon gaming community and I have seen many situations and been a witness to the way an admin/moderator handles them.

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?
during summer 5 hours
during school 2-3 hours

What do you think the current staff is doing right?
Of course I feel only the best people become admins and the servers are very smooth and run great

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?
Not to much that could be improved upon I mean maybe making sure that a full admin is always accessible but all around the staff is fantastic

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?
I want to be a member of the staff because I believe i'm ready to take on challenges and become somebody who is looked up to also I want to show that just because i'm a kid doesn't mean I cant be an authority figure in this game

Are you ready to act as middleman for events and trades?
Yes people now ask me to "referee" for them now and I have to respond that I cant do that but I'm so ready to be a responsible middle man

I feel like i left a lot of people hanging when i left so i wanted to come back and show my trust. I also believe that I am completely ready and capable as i was when i left to complete school.

 

I also sincerely apologize for leaving without giving anybody a notice it also came as a surprise for me I completely understand if the trust anybody had in me was lost as i also understand if it cannot be gained back right away thanks for the consideration either was and once again i am truly sorry for my instant disappearance
