Do you have any previous Admin experience, if so, where and when?
I have had previous experience on as a Mod on a minecraft server for about 2 weeks before it shut down and about 5 to 6 months Jr. Admining on another server called {CoW} Unusual Trading and Slaughter House. This was around a year ago.

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?
One skill that may not really seem like a skill is that I can stay up late. On weekends I'm usually up until 3-5 AM when most admins, especially ones in Europe or other countries would have gone to sleep a long time ago. As a previous Jr. Admin, I learned that all rules, even obvious unspoken ones, should be followed. Some people who would have a position like this in a community would not understand how to follow simple rules or how to apply a fix for them. I have just obtained over 3000 hours of tf2 over the course of several years. I have seen almost every situation and seen them dealt with in many different ways, allowing me to judge the situation to its fullest potential.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
I think that I would be a good staff member is because i have already been a member of a staff, bringing experience into a position that requires learning. Understanding this is a reason that I am applying for Moderator instead of being an Admin. I am a friendly person, meaning that I listen, am understanding, and follow the rules. I understand that listening to people of higher ranks than you is important part of being a staff member.

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?
Depending on the amounts of homework I get, I can be on for anywhere from one to eight hours a day, that being closer to one on weekdays and closer to eight on the weekends.

What do you think the current staff is doing right?
I think the staff are doing a tremendous job following the rules that are already in place, and making other people well aware of the rules. The server does a good job at hosting events like mass spycrabs and putting peoples donations into effect immediately. When the Moderators need help or need permission, it seems like there is always an admin online to help with the situation. The staff in general has made me feel like I am privileged to be part of this server and to even be applying for a position myself.

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?
Honestly, there is not much that the staff in general needs to work on. As a staff, I think that you should emphasis the rules of anyone of any age can talk on the server. Also, if a mic is being really loud, but has good quality, try and get them to lower the output volume of the mic, as this will make their experience of the server better. Also, when people spycrab, I see a lot of people doing them without agreeing in the chat. This leads to runners and no evidence of the crime. Lastly, whenever there is something like a mass spycrab going on in one of the All-Trade servers, almost all of the admins go to watch it, leaving the other server without an admin or mod. Besides those three things, nothing comes to mind.

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?
I want to become a member of the staff because of watching everything that they can do. They have power, but use it respectively and only when either instructed or need be. Out of my six months of being a Jr. Admin on another server, I was not able to accomplish even close to what I would be able to on Harpoon Gaming. This is another reason I'm only applying for Moderator instead of Admin, as even with experience I will have much to learn. On top of that, being in the server without a way to combat the mic spamming and scamming that might be able to go without anyone doing anything about it infuriates me as a experienced person.

Are you ready to act as middleman for events and trades?
As a high stakes heavyboxer myself, I am ready to act as a middleman for anyone else trying to do the same, understanding I will need permission.

My name is Kevin, I live in Maryland, and I love talking to people without being rude. HarpoonGaming seems like a great community and I want to extend this to other people. Even though I stated above that I am a high stakes heavy boxer, I understand that I am not allowed to high stakes box on the server as a person of higher position. I also understand that I do not have the required amount of hours as listed in the prerequisites. If this leads to the denial of my application, I shall reapply at a later date after obtaining more hours.
