    What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?
    I am skilled at helping people make compromises, this could help stop an argument or just help a trade workout.

    Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
    I feel that I would be a good moderator because I enjoy helping others and teaching traders new tips and tricks. When I'm online I am 99% always no Team Fortress 2, and will gladly be on the server when and when not needed.

    How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?
    8-10 hours

    What do you think the current staff is doing right?
    I think what makes Harpoon unique is it's open arms to new traders, and it always has been that way.

    What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?
    I think the staff could be more strict on mic spammers, most of the time is isn't a problem, but it's there sometimes. I feel that 3 warnings is plenty and they should be muted for an hour or so.

    Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?
    Well... Harpoon Gaming was my first and only trade server, and I love the people there. It always has people helping others and admins keeping it a happy and funny place to trade.

    Are you ready to act as middleman for events and trades?
    Yeah, I have been a middleman for my friends for a long time, and now I am ready to help anyone and everyone that needs a middleman.

    I have read the prequistes for applying for a staff position. I understand them and I believe that I have met them.
