Do you have a mic and do you use it?:
Yes, I do.

Do you have any previous Admin experience, if so, where and when?:
Not much mod experience but I do have to time look up and study commands and regulations for a moderator. Or I'll ask a friend to let me practice Moderating in a server. But I've been stalking the admins and the mods to see what they do when they need to handle a situation. I'm a fast leaner so i don't think I'll mess up to much.

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?:
1: Since I'm only 14 I'll probably have more time than some people.
2: I have common sense so i won't ever try to start an argument with someone.
3: I follow the rules as best as I or anyone else can.
4: I"ll always try my hardest to stop anyone from ruining mine or anyone's time on the server.
5: I'd always be happy to handle any RDM reports.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?:
I think I would be a good staff member because I'm kind to other players, I rarely ever use Foul Language on the mic (or in chat). I really enjoy playing with all the people on the server so I would be happy to show new players how the server works. I'm mature and would never do anything too stupid.

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?:
3-6 Hours (Most Days)
6-7 On weekends

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?:
One thing would be the lag. The server can some times lock up to a point where i have to restart GMod in order to play again.
Another would be the Ranking system. It's very buggy and almost always denies me my status every time the map changes.
Other than that I think the server is great!

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?:
I want to be a member of the staff because I really enjoy this server. I love how unique this server is compared to others. Things like music in the loading screens, customizable characters, Very fast loading times, etc. I've never enjoyed playing TTT until I found this server! Also at night most admins or mods are not on so I will be able to stop Mass Rdms from happening.
