Do you have any previous Admin experience, if so, where and when?:
I have not been a moderator / administrator on garry's mod before, Harpoon is basically the only thing I do on Gmod nowadays. However, I have been a moderator on different games, such as minecraft, and forum mods on a few minecraft forums. For minecraft servers I moderated a 200 player on average server called 'kitz.ezpvp.com' back in December of 2013. I also moderated 'elitekits.net' with about 40 player average, and eventually worked my way up to the rank of administator for 6 months before resigning, back in August of 2014.

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?:
I would not classify this as a skill, but I am on later than most. Typically late at night is when harpoon goes into dismay, as there are rarely staff on. My hours are flexible because I work night shifts.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?:
I have been on this server a little over a year now, and I know the regulars and staff very well. I can connect with the regular player base while still being able to punish fairly for their actions. I am friends with most everyone on this server and do a good job on trying to keep the server out of chaos while no staff are on, such as messaging certain staff on steam / skype when things go wrong and calming things down at night when people get heated. I have plenty experience, even though none of it on gmod, I do know what makes a good staff member and how to deal with players.

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?:
1-2 hours per day.

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?:
Not much, in my opinion the rules could be more specific, there are written rules, but unspoken rules that the regulars understand are not really defined for new players and might confuse them at first.

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?:
I want to be staff because I have been around this server for a while, and enjoy the community on it and I would like to take on a responsibility on the server and help people out. The server while running smoothly makes it one of the most fun way to spend my free time online, but it is not always like that, so I want to do my part trying to make it always run smoothly as we know the other staff do.

Any miscellaneous information we should know?:
I will be starting college in the fall, so my schedule might get tighter, but I will still commit to harpoon.
