I am a Co-leader/Leader on Clash of Clans, I also was a Mod on a Very Small Minecraft Server, I was the mod about 6-7 months ago

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?
New Ideas for Runman And New Events we Could Try, Also that we could try a Chart system for admins/mods for when what admin could be on and what time and what server This would help for when an admin isn't on someone could just go on this Chart and see what admins should be on, so they could add the admin and ask them to join, for spamers, ect.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
I think I would be a good Mod because I make decisions mainly based other what other people say, I listen well, I can follow Instructions Well, I am Kind, Always Try My Best Even When I am Down. I hate it when People spam, and when people Don'd Listen I HATE that. Also To make sure Everyone Follows the Rules of harpoon gaming

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?
2 hours, Though might be less Depending on how much Homework I have

What do you think the current staff is doing right?
They enforce the rules Well, They help everyone who wants help even if it is a stupid questions, they help them get though what they are doing/what is happening

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?
They Could Improve on being on more and at strange times, Getting More People On Payload

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?
Because I want the responsibility, and because I want try and help the community, and help it grow
