Do you have any previous Admin experience, if so, where and when?
Yes i do have previous admin experience - Was/am still an admin of The Black Market Gaming, a smaller trader server who used to be a popular one but recently with several server migrations and constant map development the amount of traffic has decreased significantly.

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?
Im a very experienced, polite trader and have worked my way up to a very nice collection of unusuals, collectors items, stranges, killstreaks etc. Im well versed in most everything trading in regards to tf2.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
I believe that i would be a good staff member because I'm a very level headed individual who is good at solving problems. I know trading very well and get along with everyone. While admin of tbm i have middlemanned many spycrabs and heavy boxes and never require tips. ive also been known to broker unusuals for people and will always return items when asked. I treat everyone fairly and with respect and i love to host events, even if its just with items from my backpack, and will oftentimes do an unboxing or craft spree on update days and give everything away.

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?
I can dedicate a fair amount of time daily to the servers, i am almost always on after work from the times 4- 9 during the week and am around quite often on weekends.

What do you think the current staff is doing right?
This staff/server is one of the most professional and well run servers ive ever seen and one of the better communities as far as a trading standpoint is concerned. Many communities are filled with straight profiteers who will scam you any chance they get. This staff is engaged, theres always staff available and with the mumble all the staff communicate with each other quite well. The atmosphere is fantastic and its not just a business only deal, everyone is quite friendly towards one another and his has the "family" feel to it.

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?
Honestly i cannot think of anything to improve on. This community doesnt seem to have any glaring weaknesses that so many communities do.

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?
I would love to be a member of the staff because even with my recently having come back i feel as tho ive been embraced by the community and would love to be a part of it. I believe that my prior experience as admin and all my experiences with TF2 and trading would make me a good admin on the Tf2 trading side. I also love to host events and have absolutely no problems with donating things, i enjoy making others happy and this would give me an excellent opportunity to do so.

Are you ready to act as middleman for events and trades?
yes, i have in the past and i have absolutely no problems doing so in the future.

Any miscellaneous information we should know?
As far as my hours are concerned i used to be a regular a long time ago and im not sure that theyre altogether accurate, i was very active in the days of Player 9, Chuck Norris, Flying Anonymoose, Skipper, Weis, etc. I will be a very active regular in the days to come and am very active on the mumble.
