Do you have any previous Admin experience, if so, where and when?
Yes, I was a co-owner of a clan of 100+ in Runescape before.
My responsibilities were:

• Pvm activities (player vs Monster)
• Capping list upkeep ( Spreadsheet of all players that needed to collect resources for our "clan camp")
• Dissolving problems within clan, such as feuds etc.
• Clan Recruiting (informing people of or clan)

My reason for stepping down was due to the fact I had gotten bored of the game.

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?
I've always Loved the idea Of raffles I used to Host them in a different server with much success. Would be cool to implement something like that for our forum members. I've worked At a fast food restaurant for 2+ years where everyday was almost hectic as i worked the busy hours. I adaptive to keep cool under stress, and I had to speak to 200+ customers a day. I've seen from the nicest to the meanest people while working there. I Learned how to deal with people and always maintain cool.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
I'm VERY Active on the forums. I can Bump, Delete, Move, Create threads. I can handle Scammer reports, Donation problems via Paypal. Anything with forums I do not mind taking care of. I also Love Hosting events and being a middle man to those that need my assistance. I get along with almost everyone and I'm known by the community, which could help with people respecting me as a Mod/ Admin. I have good judgment and I want to Get as much information as possible before making any big decision.

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?
Servers 3 hours everyday. Forums about 3 hours.

What do you think the current staff is doing right?
The Harpoon Gaming Staff is doing so much things right.

• Active Staff
• Friendly Staff
• Active Mumble Server
• Fast Response To People Requesting Admin
• Getting Rid Of Spammers/ Scammer
• Always Answering Questions
• Active Forums

Many more to be listed but almost everything is going right with the Staff.

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?
The Harpoon Gaming Staff could work on having more staff available during graveyard hours. ( I.E. Us timezone hours of 12am -5am) Not necessarily Active "Night Shift" staff. But staff members that are available to take care of some issue that may occur during those hours. There have been some occasions that a staff member was needed but no one was on. And it sucked because I couldn't do a thing about it.

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?
I wan't to join the Staff team because, I want to Keep the servers Friendly for everyone. I want to get rid of / limit mic spammers, scammers and genuine rude people. I Love to be involved with the community and interacting with fellow traders.

Are you ready to act as middleman for events and trades?
Yes. I personally would love to be a middleman, and host events.

Any miscellaneous information we should know?
I suffer from mild OCD and it affects me in some weird ways. I noticed with my capitalization sometimes, and my need for smoothness in almost everything. I also experience anxiety in some rare occasions, doesn't happen to often but it's worth mentioning.
