Do you have any previous Admin experience, if so, where and when?
From age 12 to 15, I played Minecraft. I started my own server which grew and managed a community of around 1,200 members as well as aquired a community of about the same size. On my server, I was responsible for managing the community, staff force, and website. In addition, I was a staff member on a seperate community, formerly known as "Legendary Craft" or "Minecade", where the total player count often exceeded the thousands and the community consisted of many thousands. I was selected as moderator from hundrends of possible applicants, but have since resigned. On this server, I was tasked for moderating both in-game and on forums as well as dealing with player and admin issues.

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?
Firstly, I can bring years of moderating and admin experience from different game communities. I am mature, professional, and responsible in my actions and am able to handle tasks effectively. Secondly, I have amassed over 1 day, 14 hours of server time in just 2 weeks as a member of Harpoon Gaming. I am able to help as a middleman in trades, as well as manage events and coordinate activities if given those responsibilities. Through all my prior training moderating and administrating on large communities and ownership of servers, I believe I possess the right qualities for the job.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
I would be a good staff member due to the fact that I will be proficient in my duties and responsibilities, as well as mature and responsible. I have the required knowledge of how to effectively manage a player or community base, as well as the needed past experience from many years of doing a similar job on other game servers. I have taken notice of the responsibilies of current server moderaters, and am able to contribute 2-4 hours, if not more, of my day to moderate.

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?
2-4 hours per day

What do you think the current staff is doing right?
As soon as I joined the community, I noticed a mature and helpful staff group. On any call, they were attentive and helped me with my problem or issue as well as answer any questions I had.

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?
In my experience, I have found Harpoon servers to be one of the better moderated servers on TF2. All I can think of, is the inclusion of the long proposed unusual trading servers, as well as more staff members to cover all three all-trade servers.

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?
I want to be a staff member because I am already able to spend a lot of time on Harpoon Servers. I would like to be able to contribute to the servers, and use my time to help keep it up to the current standards that it is at.
