Do you have any previous Admin experience, if so, where and when?:
Well I've been playing games for as long as I can remember and during all my years of gaming I've covered pretty much every staff position you could think of. A big part of my gaming career has been roleplaying so I've been an Admin on numerous roleplaying servers such as Hellzone's PERP server and a couple DarkRP servers which shut down due to them dying after a couple months.
The DarkRP servers I was an admin on was called PirateCrow and Million Dollar Gaming.

I have co-owned a WoW private server many years ago and admined two Arma 2 wasteland servers. I am at the moment a support team member for Arma 3 Life and has been for about two-three months.

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?:
I think I would be an asset to the staff team, I really enjoy helping out and dealing with people who are not following the rules.
I have past experience of being part of staff so I know how to talk to people and will always try to help everyone to my full extent. I work easily with others and I am always open to other peoples point of views. I will always take my job very seriously and will always try to be respectful to everyone.

I do live in Sweden so I can always be on at those akward times when no staff members are online.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?:
I have a fluent understanding of the rules and the guidelines in the server and I abide them the best I can. I am mature and tend to keep my cool and not insult a person back if he insults me, I speak english with pretty much no errors, sometimes people even think I'm american (proud :;D)

The past week I have put alot of time into this server and try to help out when there's no staff on which is rarely but still counts for something I guess.

I am fair and understand that everyone makes mistakes and deserves to have a second chance, I am loyal and will never abuse my powers.

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?:
On weekdays I will spend about 5 hours in and out of the server depending on how hectic it is due to that I study alot. I have nothing to do 3 days a week and all I play is Garry's Mod so I will spend most of those days on the server.

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?:
Hmm, I'm not sure if I can come up with something to criticize, the only thing I can think of is maybe allow some more people to give out the donator rank or inform everyone of how to deal with someone when they says they donated. I had a little bit of a hassle with this when many staff members said different things and kept passing me on.

But as I was informed there was an issue with PayPal so I presume that other people who donates wont be going through the same thing as I did

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?:
Well I really enjoy playing on the server and if I were to become part of staff it would improve mine and hopefully everybody else's experience on the server, I think being part of staff is a ton of fun. I live in Sweden so I can be online during those times when noone else can/wants to be online.

Any miscellaneous information we should know?:
As you can probably see I have not been active on the forums, I am not much of a post hoarder although I do enjoy browsing and reading forum posts. Hopefully this application will still be considered even though I do not meet the requirement about this not being one of my first posts, if you wont consider this because of that reason then I guess I'll just have to rack up some posts and try again some other time.
