I am a admin for a csgo jailbreak server, but other that i dont have any tf2 admin expirence.

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?
I have many ideas incliding a give away system only for donators and mods/admins, no free trail donators.
Also i thought that we could add like a shop feature. i know most of my ideas is on other servers but they are good ideas. I am also very friendly and will be willing to take on anything thrown at me. I love helping others and getting rid of the chat spammers and trollers and scammers. Thx For Reading

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
Again i love helping out with either ideas and/or the server. im always looking to figure out new ways to help and show that i can do this. I specified the rest in the last paragraph. Also im in school still so school is my priority.

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?
Up to 4 to 7 hrs a day still not alot of forums

What do you think the current staff is doing right?
Making sure people dont double post and helping as much as possible to stop scammers on theses servers. They are also very friendly and always want to help the never want to hurt anyone's feelings. theirs something i dont like but i will talk about that later.

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?
Some of the staff should probley read some of the full list of rules (if there even is any) and maybe this server can improve on latency because theirs alot of lag at times which is kinda annoying other than that the server is fine.

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?
Just to help and work for a community that i truly believe in. I talked about alot more reasons before but i feel like i could help in someway.
