Yes, I do.

Do you have any previous Admin experience, if so, where and when?
Yes but not too much. I was a moderator for a raffle group called cookie raffles. While I do not have a lot of moderator and staff experience I have carefully been watching moderators and admits on the servers and have understood how kicks, explanations, and meeting and dealing with concerns and problems people have.

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?
Here are some of the skills I can bring to the table.

• Giveaways. I used to play on a TF2 server called Mass CC Where they did giveaways quite often. They had a plug-in similar to the spy crab on HG so I fully understand how that works and understand how to properly do giveaways
• Filling in missing staff. If I were to be completely honest I feel that the staff do things on HG pretty dang well. By learning from them and gaining knowledge I feel I could learn how to use staff skills and learn many more.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
Some of the characteristics a great staff member must have is:

• Honesty
• Be trustworthy
• Maturity
• Respect towards others and others respect them.
• Having people skills and to be a likeable person.

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?
On the server I could be on about 4 hours a day on weekdays and 5-6 on weekends.

What do you think the current staff is doing right?
From what I have seen from the staff on the server I personally think the staff are doing a pretty fine job.
Some of the things I have noticed that the staff are doing well is how they deal with spammers, trolls, scammers, etc that appear on the server. They handle how people are dealt with and decide what their punishment is if done wrong pretty maturley. They are all extremely nice as well. Cause HG to be a pretty nice environment to be in overall.

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?
The only thing I feel the staff could sometimes improve on is being on the server more often. I understand that they have lives. We all do. But I feel I can help bring that to the table as I can be on a lot.

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?
I would LOVE to be a member of this wonderful staff team because they are some of the best I have evr seen. The day I came onto HG I was instantly greeted and just felt welcome and I would like to pass that on. I want to help and make people's days and I feel that HG is the place to do it.

Are you ready to act as middleman for events and trades?
If needed for events I could certainly do it. I have heard Moderators cannot middleman for bets so I cannot do that at this time.
