Im a 12 year old gamer who love learning the ins and outs of TF2 Trading And id love to be an admin on the all trade servers, take time to read as i feel i have some interesting things to say

Do you have any previous Admin experience, if so, where and when?
Unfortunately i do not, but i watch what DaBigNoob And Perp do so i have a basic idea of what to do

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?
Im A Very Friendly Person With a high tolerance for teaching other people how to do thing, im quite new to unusual trading but ive been regular trading for about a year and a half now so im pretty big on that stuff, i love interacting with the players on this community and it would mean more than anything to me ( Except family of course ) to host, middleman, etc for them ^_^

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
Well for 1: Ive watched and listened to perp and noob ( High Tier Admins ) and i feel i have a decent idea of what they do Plus ( as ive mentioned before ) im very friendly and very tolerant to other people, i will also realize the responsibilities that i will have to assume and i will try my best above all.

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?
That Depends on how much homework i get on weekdays but on weekends i get quite some time

What do you think the current staff is doing right?
They Are Super Friendly, They Enforce the rules, They Dont Abuse admin, They Have Very Redeeming qualities and they become friends with the members of the communities.

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?
Not Much... I love the community already one thing they could add perhaps is on all trade is during running man events make 2 spawns for each team so the killers dont trap the scouts. other than that i love what ive already seen

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?
Because, I LOVE harpoon gaming and i feel i have some sort of work experience by watching experienced admins go to work, Saying that im still very open to learning other techniques, Also i feel i can really contribute to the community, who knows how far it can go? the possibilities are endless! ( lets cross that road when we get there XD ) but i feel that this server is right for me, and if this gets declined i will fix and try again.
