Information Major Change to Server Administration Policy

Much like a Police Force, Harpoon Gaming has different 'departments' which administrate and moderate different servers.

However, the major flaw in our system is that unlike Police Forces which different divisions, SWAT, Homicide, Special Victims, et cetera, they all have the ability to enforce the law, no matter the crime. Meaning if you're robbing a store in front of a Police Officer that deals with Drug related crimes, he can and will stop you.

From now on, HG will follow this example. Every Administrator of Harpoon Gaming will have their powers in every server. However, this does not change their position. Don't expect to see an All-Trade Admin running events on the Events Server or an Events Admin slaying you for RDM'ing in the TTT server.

The major change here is that now, if there's an issue in one particular server, any admin can address it.

So if you there's a problem in server, you're able to ask any HG admin to help out.

It is important to note that this does not apply for Moderators, nor does it apply for staff if they aren't informed on proper administration across games. For example, a TTT admin who doesn't know how to use commands in TF2 is not being assigned powers.

An All-Trade Admin still admins the All-Trade, an Events Admin still runs Events in the Events server and a TTT Admin still manages the TTT Server. This change does not give them authority to run the other servers, as I said in the above.

This just lets them react to high importance situations.
