Do you have any previous Admin experience, if so, where and when?
I have not had any previous Admin experiences, but I hope that this might be my first. I don't think being a co-leader on a clash of clans server counts, does it? XD

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?
I have good talking skills and I do not get mad over things that quickly. I have a sibling so I kind of know what it feels like to have a bother in the area. I'm pretty sure I can handle things quickly, such as if there is a disagreement in a spycrab, "He didn't pay up" or "I wasn't aware of the rules". I normally type in chat, making it much more understandable for people. I can use a mic though, but I find that chat is easier. I try to type as fast as I can, using precise grammar whenever I can. I never use text language unless I'm just playing around, and making a joke.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
Like I said above, I can try to handle things quickly, plus, I am on almost everyday, keeping the server as clean as I can. I will never attempt to scam people for their items by intimidating them that I am indeed a staff, and if I ever middleman a spycrab, I will never run, that is my promise. I will try to make Harpoon Gaming a fun and easy server for people to go on and enjoy their time.

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?
I can spend 1-2 hours on the servers and forums, sometimes, during school hours, I might check the forums occasionally if I am bored.

What do you think the current staff is doing right?
I believe that the staff is making sure everyone has an easy time on the server without being intimidated or scammed. I also believe that the staff take very good care of a scamming issue, and file a ban as quick as possible. I believe that it is a good idea that there are a few admins that are SteamRep community admins, making a scam report much faster. I think that the staff are also very fun people, and they never abuse their "powers" to do random things that might not make the server fun.

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?
I believe that Harpoon Gaming could improve a lot. I believe that there needs to be more staff to monitor the servers, because I never spycrab without an admin or staff being on the server. That is basically it. I feel that Harpoon Gaming is an outstanding environment, and when there are more staff, there will be more fun.

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?
I want to be a staff member because I love the community on the server, I love the "usuals" on the servers and I donate a lot to mass crabs, once even an unusual. This server is my most visited server, other than Valve servers. I also want to be staff, as I said above, to keep the Harpoon community clean, and making it a fun and easy experience for others.

Are you ready to act as middleman for events and trades?
I believe I can handle this sort of thing, maybe some practice with the help of some more experienced staff might help.
