Do you have a mic and do you use it?
Yes, I do.

Do you have any previous Admin experience, if so, where and when?
I am currently a Co-Owner on a minecraft server, I have been in this position for the last 3 years.

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?
I am very good with computers, and would be willing to help anyone who has a problem with theirs.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
I am a really friendly guy, and I am very easy to get along with. If anyone disobeys rules, I do not get angry, I do, however, stay stern, and if the offense is not that bad, I usually give the offender a second chance for offenses such as Double Posts.

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?
Usually between 2:30 P.M. EST to 11:00 P.M. EST

What do you think the current staff is doing right?
The current staff is very friendly, and never try to force their prescence on players, they just like to get on TF2 and have some fun, which in my book, makes a great Admin.

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?
I think the one thing that should be improved on is the moderation of spycrabs. All too often, I see a person offer a spycrab, then run when they lose, which can be pretty sad for the person who won.

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?
I am known by a lot of regulars, and none of them seem to have a problem with me becoming a Moderator. I like to have fun, but at the same time, do my job.

Are you ready to act as middleman for events and trades?
Absolutely!

IMPORTANT!
I do normally use a microphone, but the one I was using is broken, and I am trying to save up for one of better quality, so do not worry if I am silent at first!

I have only 30 hours on the server. However, I try to play regularly, and I donated about a month ago. I have tried to play every chance I get.
