Do you have any previous Admin experience, if so, where and when?
I currently do not have a firm position of being an admin, but previously, I was a temporary admin on a few small servers in substitute of my friend when he was absent. These hours of being a temporary admin has molded me into being a hardworking admin. This was around last month in January.

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?
As a hardworking and dedicated worker, I can bring justice to all players. Unjust and unfair players on the server will be punished. I can hold server spycrabs and make them a much better experience. I will be online many hours on the servers checking and double checking to make sure everyone is in a safe environment to trade freely. I will be impartial on my opinions whenever a conflict arises. I will not use my opinion to rule, but rather by evidence. I will look over all the players and make sure that no-one, not a single person, is being bullied or verbally abused. All mic-spammers will be warned and Harpoon will become one of the best and safest group with the best and safest servers out in the Tf2 world.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
I will be online very often to prevent any scams or abuse from occurring. I will protect all members that are enjoying the trade server. I will always be there whenever anyone needs assistance, no matter how insignificant or important the matter at hand is. I will do my best on every conflict or impediment that arises and make sure that Harpoon will be known to the world as one of the best and safest servers forever.

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?
4-6 hours

What do you think the current staff is doing right?
I believe that all the current staff are very experienced and good at what they are doing. I like how they conduct the spycrabs fairly and efficiently. They are never biased in their decisions and only ban when they have obvious proof that the person has been doing malice actions. The current staff is working hard and makes sure that all players are treating each other kindly and making sure no one is mic-spamming. I acclaim the actions of these current admins and hope that I can be one with them.

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?
From experience, spycrabs usually take a very long time before they actually start. If I were to be admin, I would create very quick and effective spycrabs that would not stretch over long periods of time. This would make the members less impatient and willing to do more spycrabs, hoping to win. This would increase the popularity of Harpoon's spycrabs significantly and promote the efficiency of time. This would allow more traders to have a chance to trade with others and reach for the Tf2 dream.

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?
I would like to be a member of the Staff because of their intelligent actions and hard work. I want to be a person that acts fairly and judges kindly to prevent conflicts in the Tf2 world. I would like to host spycrabs and donate myself for spycrabs to give all members a chance to win and enjoy playing Tf2. I would like to aid others in trouble and help all members trade fairly and learn to become trustworthy and kind to all players.

I have learned a lot from Tf2 trading, as a matter of fact, it has changed my life. I have learned to be cautious about everything that seems suspicious. I can see through all attempts of scams and make sure to prevent it in a second. If I were to become a Harpoon Staff, I would take the title with honor and would never disappoint anyone with this accomplishment. Thank You.
