Do you have any previous Admin experience, if so, where and when?
I have been an admin on garry's mod servers before. Consisting of basewars servers. I have also been an admin on different minecraft servers back in the day.

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?
I am able to learn anything on the fly. I am currently learning how to code in java. I am a likable person, and I am liked by many on the server. I will help people in any way possible to help them have a great time on the server. An above all I will help the server grow in any way, shape, and form that I possibly can.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
I think I would be a good staff member because I am a very helpful person. I am a very knowledgeable trader and player of the game. I know all of the rules of spy crabbing and other types of events to help them run smoothly. I am willing and I want to put my time and effort into being a staff member to put the people of the server before myself so they can enjoy harpoon as I have. I will be active in getting people to donate to help support server and keep it running, try to get more people to become lifer like me which I have not seen a lot of staff doing lately.

What do you think the current staff is doing right?
I think the current staff of Harpoon Gaming if doing great. I think they are actively involved with events and helping people out on different types of problems on the all trade servers.

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?
One qualm I have is that I do not see many moderators or admins promoting donations to the server for people that play on it regularly. I feel like there should be a bigger drive to promote donations to the server.

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?
I want to be a member of the staff because I truly think I am ready to take on the responsibility of becoming a member of the staff on Harpoon gaming. I have been on the server for some time now I really want the ability to help people out more and be able to be more deeply involved with the community as a whole.
