Do you have any previous Admin experience, if so, where and when?:
I have about 800 hours in TTT alone, and around 500 hours of admin experience in-game. I used to be an admin on a TTT server called PROTOPHASE TTT, I was promoted to superadmin and eventually made owner because of my skills as an admin but I resigned as owner and left with my reasons.
Owning this server gave me loads of experience with ULX, Damage Logs, Administrating and how to handle situations, and owning a server. I have also been Admin on several servers. Servers such as Presidential TTT, I was Senior Admin on. I was admin on a few other servers years ago but I do not recall the names of them.

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?:
I know how to handle all sorts of situations, given I have 500 hours of admin experience I know a few tricks. One including all the ulx commands by heart, and how to use them and when. (Ex: Banning steamIDs and slaying/kicking etc.) I know how to use the damage logs and how to administrate the server using them accordingly. I can stay active especially during the christmas break.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?:
I know all the rules and know how to use them to a players judgement. I have seen the work of the staff in this server and understand how they operate. I am on the server all the time and I am know to the community. I know how to be an admin, I have around 700 hours in TTT and 500 administrating. I can bring lots of things to this server to benefit from.

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?:
Since it is "Christmas Break" I can spend around 10 hours in-game and 1-2 hours on the forums. However I have my phone at all times so I am always on the forums.
^^^ This schedule also refers to weekends.
On regular school days, when I return to school after "Christmas Break" I can spend around 6 hours a day on the server, and again I have my phone at all times so I am always on the forums.

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?:
Nothing really, except adding maybe a few more staff your server looks amazing!
+ Possibly finding more ways to get the word about the server out to the world! More people should be playing on this awesome server!

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?:
I want to become a member of the staff because I love this community and I want to be able to help build it and sustain it as much as I can. I love helping people and that is also why I am studying to be a doctor.
