Do you have any previous Admin experience, if so, where and when?
I was a moderator on a Minecraft server in 2013. It was a small server, but I like to think that I learned some things from it.

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?
I have been told by several people that I'm a very smart, individual, and creative thinker so I'll be bringing new ideas to this server all the time. Whether I get an idea from a player, think of it myself or with the help of my fellow HG friends you can be sure it'll be a solid idea that's bound to improve the state of this server. As for skills, I like to think that I am good at defusing a situation. Making angry people calm, or sad people happy I can do it all. Say someone lost a spycrab for a very valuable item. This person is expressing his or her anger in chat and over the mic. I could, in that situation, calm him or her down and try to resolve the situation before it escalates.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
I think I would be a good staff member for more than a few reasons, but I've reduced it down to 3 core reasons.
1. I know this server. I know the people and I love this community. I want to do everything in my power to make it better and to ensure our players are happy and having fun.
2. I get along well with other people. I am often equated to the social butterfly in my groups of friends and being online is no different. I'll always be friendly to other staff members and most importantly players.
3. I want to be a bigger part of this community. I think everyone here at Harpoon Gaming makes up something much bigger than a couple of video game servers. We're a community and a damn good one! With me as a Moderator I think I can unite players and give them a sense of home much like this server has done to me.

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?
When I can, (which is a large majority of the time) I'll probably be on HG servers for about 3-5 hours a day to make sure everyone is following the rules and such

What do you think the current staff is doing right?
I think that the current staff is doing a good job at making new and creative ideas to have fun on servers. With new events like runman and future ones there will be new ways to play often. I think that everyone in staff is very creative and good thinkers. I also think that staff is very good at interacting with the community. Talking to new players and old players alike I think everyone feels good when a staff member is there to encourage, challenge or joke around with players.

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?
Let me start off by saying that I love this community and that I think we're doing a lot of things right as is, but with that being said there are also some things we could improve upon. I think we could improve how often admins/mods are on a server. Often I'll join all trade and I'll see no admin or mod on. I may be coming on at the wrong times, but I do think that by adding some more staff we could see some improvements on that and it would overall improve the community. That's really the only gripe I have at the moment.

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?
I want to be a member of staff so I can be a bigger part of this community. I want to do more than just influence things as a player, I want to be in the front lines as this community grows and expands. I love this community and want to do anything I can to help it more.

I like food quite a bit and am always excited to try new foods and explore different cultures cuisine.
I plan on building a gaming PC in December as I'm currently playing on a laptop.
I have 2 dogs. Both black labs.
