Do you have any previous Admin experience, if so, where and when?
On The Rocket Man's Server (not HG Staff rocket man) I was a beta tester but I also applyed for admin. I was familiar with the ban, kick, slay, noclip etc. As well as plugin commands. I helped them develop the server and get more people on.

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?
Well I'm a fast thinker so I can think of solutions quickly. I am intellectual and I think differently then most people. I look for multiple solutions to a problem. I do alot of research on things so I could look up some new things for the server like plugins or something of the sort. I'm also creative so I could suggest some weekly or like monthly server wide events we could host.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
I have a take charge attitude so I handle situations well. I am good at helping people whith common questions. I think I would be good because I'm like an all in one deal; cunning, resourceful, smart, funny, I get along well with others unless they're provoking me, and I'm just plain cool.

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?
I think maybe 4 or 5 hours.

What do you think the current staff is doing right?
I think that they are handling things very well. They are communicating with each other to see who can get on to handle a problem. When handling a problem they first do a warning and then like a kick. They also work together and always take suggestions and listen to non staff players.

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?
I think they should make the listen to staff more prominent on the rule board so people can see it. Because I have been on alot and I have seen people say things like "thats not on the rule board" and then the staff have to say "it falls under listen and respect staff members". And I also think we as a community need to make all of our rules clear and easy to follow.

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?
I want to be a staff member on Harpoon Gaming because I find our community to be friendly and cool. And I like how nice the staff and regular players are. I really like Harpoon Gaming. This is the first TF2 gaming community I really wanna be apart of.

I have read the prerequisites for applying for a staff position, I understand them and believe I have met them.

Any miscellaneous information we should know?
I can sometimes be tired and I dont give a crap about things. And if I'm in a bad mood I wont say anything. Also I go to sleep pretty early.

 

Btw I forgot to add in the misc information that my TF2 crashes sometimes and I lose connection since im not on my regular setup. And I only get 31 fps so I lag sometimes.

 

I'll be moving to the Uinted States soon so I guess it will be Eastern US Time. Very sorry I hope this isnt an automatic denial.
