Why were you banned?
I was banned for apparent Racist Content. While I am aware there is an English only rule in the chat I do not think that one Japanese symbol should be a bannable offence. If there was a no symbols in chat rule I was not aware of it but by this logic a lenny face should be bannable.

Why should Harpoon grant your appeal?
I typed one Japanese symbol into the chat and got banned, there several others online who were posting the same thing but I do not know if they got banned. Typing one Japanese symbol into chat is not racist so therefore I think my ban should be lifted
