Do you have any previous Admin experience, if so, where and when?:
I Co-Owned a PVP and Hunger Games (Minecraft) server for about 3 months, it fell through due to differences in opinion between me and the other owner about the direction of the server.

I was a moderator on another Factions server (Minecraft), it was about 3 years ago, it was like, "ForgeCraft" or something like that.

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?:
I bring an ability to moderate chat, as well as forums from previous servers. I know the difference from right and wrong in a server environment, and am aware of all server rules. I would make a great addition to the Harpoon Gaming Staff, and contribute my skills in anyway needed.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?:
I have qualities of being a leader from my athletics. I am captain on our school's Football and Basketball teams, and I feel I could lead Moderators in an efficient effort to improve Harpoon Gaming. I feel these qualities can be applied in this case.

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?:
A few hours per day on the forums, and probably around 5-6 hours on the server per week. I will try my best to work on the server, I don't play that much due to my academic commitment. Time per week will pick up during holidays and vacation times.

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?:
I enjoy the excitement and commitment shown by Harpoon Gaming staff. If I were to improve on some things, I would have players be more involved in staff decisions. For example: If the server wanted to add a new weapon, there could be a server poll. I know that there is a voting system for new features, but perhaps we could improve on this.

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?:
I have played on Harpoon Gaming for a while, and I really enjoy the people and community that continues to be presented to me every time I join the server. Joining the staff would be a dream come true, and I would be able to collaborate with my peers better.

Any miscellaneous information we should know?:
I have a YouTube channel, www.youtube.com/user/foshizel20 , and I continue to record and enjoy time on the server, and put out videos that include the server on it. This improves traffic on the server, and my channel traffic. It is a good mutual partnership. I also promise I won't play Trivial Pursuit again (lol).
