Do you have any previous Admin experience, if so, where and when?
I do not have any previous admin experience with TF2 servers however I have had admin experience in other games and non game applications (such as Ventrilo)

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?
I have fresh new ideas that might be really cool to do for the maps secrets and enviornment and can keep track of any bugs that I may experience with the map and/or its plugins. I also have some ideas for additions to the servers to help make it easier and more fair to people who like to duel (either for fun or for betting)

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
I am very helpful, very friendly and respectful to others and im EXTREMELY against bullying, im against people apathetic towards others when being rude and hateful, and im extremely active. I have a very keen eye when it comes to spotting a hacker or a scammer/sharks tricks when trading/gambling (aka spycrabs, heavyboxing, dueling, etc)

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?
I spend anywhere between 3-5 hours on weekdays and weekends it varies (usually longer)

What do you think the current staff is doing right?
I definitely think that the staff is right in the way they handle most situations, however certain situations ive seen where a player should've been either permanently muted or temp/perma banned and the admins didn't do enough. I do think that the way they handle spycrab, heavyboxing, and scamming situations is very good.

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?
not really much I could say for improvement. Admins are usually very active, very few situations where a player has joined and been insensitive towards others or scammed and an admin wasn't on (they were handled incase you were wondering ). They are very good with bans and mutes and when enough is enough. Very good admins

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?
I love helping this server out in any way I can. I usually help people out in the server with any issues they have if no one is around but some situations are just out of my reach because Im physically unable to help them having no authority to do so. There have been times where Ive had to drag admins on repeatly from other things they are doing or wait until an admin gets on to tell them about a situation that went on earlier, only to find out they cant do anything because they weren't there.

I have only had this forum account for a short while. I really only thought the group was the only thing for this server. Didn't know it had an entire website dedicated to it :/ I'm hoping that my hours will prove that im not some person who just joined and im looking for quick mod. I will however become active in the forums now that I know this website exists
